Akhil Srikuttan

Having navigated the world’s oceans as a Merchant Navy Captain and student of Nautical Technology, Akhil Srikuttan knows the vital importance of a steady anchor. He founded Team Glimmer with a mission to provide that stability to those who need it most. Drawing on his experiences with the unique pressures of life at sea, Akhil is dedicated to providing specialized mental wellness support to his fellow seafarers and the NRE community, while also guiding adolescents and couples through life’s inevitable currents on shore.

Joe Joseph

Joe Joseph combines technical precision with deep human empathy. A Merchant Navy Chief Engineer educated in Mechanical and Marine Engineering, Joe has mastered the art of keeping things running under pressure. He co-founded Team Glimmer to translate that stability to the human experience, using his deep understanding of the maritime world to build dedicated support systems for seafarers, NREs, adolescents, and couples.
