​Rather than a clinical approach, this hands-on journey takes teens across 5 locations to:

Establishing a safe space. Activities include orientation, icebreaker games, setting group guidelines, and introductory discussions to build trust and camaraderie among participants.

Emotional Resilience

Building a mental toolkit. The day focuses on guided mindfulness exercises, identifying personal stressors, and learning practical, evidence-based coping mechanisms for anxiety and daily challenges
